Orderbooks, trades, liquidations, positions, and analytics displayed on HL Desk are derived from on-chain data and may contain inaccuracies, delays, or errors. Trading cryptocurrency derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should independently verify any data you use.
Our API operates on a fair-use policy. The following actions are prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your API keys and IP:
HL Desk is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for high uptime through dedicated infrastructure, we offer no Service Level Agreement (SLA) and make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, absolute data accuracy, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions.
HL Desk is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
In no event shall HL Desk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service, any data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and API access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms, abuse of API rate limits, or behavior that may harm the service or other users.
The design, logos, trademarks, and proprietary components of HL Desk are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal or business purposes. You may not duplicate, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software or data feeds.
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of HL Desk after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
